This year we have a Volunteer Form for Parents and Wellwishers, Friends and Families of our children at
 All Souls School  and Religious Education Program.
Please download the form and choose your preferable day and time during the Parish Festival Weekend and send it back to the Festival committee.  If you send it in early, we might be able to honor your requested preference.
Please know that without your help, we cannot imagine having a Parish Festival.

Dear friends,
This year we have our traditional Parish Festival weekend (5th, 6th and 7th October) packed with lots of fabulous Games, Food, exciting Rides and activities for people of all ages, from 1 to 101.  We continue with a Carnival celebration with tons of
  • Outdoor exciting Carnival Rides,
  • Great games,
  • La Tapatia Lunches, on Saturday, October 6th and Sunday, October 7th from 12noon to 2:00pm 
  • Delicious ethnic food stalls,
  • Cake booth contest,
  • Art contest,
  • Indoor amusement games for people of all ages. 
  • New Club 50/50, where one half of the pot will be equally split between three lucky winners and the other half will go to the Parish needs. 
  • Main Awards Grand Raffle for you.  
You will find more details for each of these items in the Festival brochure attached at the bottom of this page for easy access. 
It has been the endeavor of the festival Committee core group to make this weekend, an occasion of great fun and laughter.
We look forward to seeing you  come and help us: volunteer to offer some hours of service and at the same time enjoy meeting people and make friends.
Please accept our sincere gratitude and appreciation in advance for your generous efforts to make this weekend a great success; because without you, we could not be a Parish, and there could not be a Parish Festival. 
So come and join and let us celebrate: on the 5th, 6th & 7th October.
·         On Friday evening, October 5th a Family Style Pasta Dinner in the Cafeteria of the School.  Come with your family and friends and join the fun!
·         On Saturday, the 6th of October, our Young Men’s Institute (Y.M.I.), will cook for you and your friends and treat you to their renowned tasty and mouth savoring barbecue.
·         On Sunday, the 7th of October, A Brand New Surprise Dinner: Details will follow.  Please keep checking this website.
 
These dinners are on sale as of now. Please buy your tickets in advance and avoid the last minute rush and scramble. Please pass on the good word and let us fill the cafeteria to its capacity. We can do it!
