If you worship with us each week, and if you have not yet registered yourself or your family, in our parish, please fill out the form given below, and help us to welcome you to become an official member of our parish. You may send the form via e-mail to Secretary@AllSoulsChurchssf.org or send the form via US mail to the Parish office or drop it personally at the Parish office. Our office staff will contact you and if necessary request you for more detailed information.

By registering, you get on our mailing list and learn about various Parish events and the opportunities here at All Souls Parish.
